The website describes advisory work involving family succession, ownership decisions, business separation and governance. Notes and illustrations provide general information. They do not take account of your particular ownership agreements, financial position or operating requirements. Legal, tax, investment and other regulated advice must come from appropriately qualified advisors appointed for that work.
A form submission or initial discussion does not create a consulting agreement. The scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, confidentiality arrangements and other terms of an assignment are agreed separately in writing. That agreement governs the services it covers.
Messages and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details and send only information you are entitled to share. Keep an initial inquiry focused on the work you want to discuss. Sending information through the website does not by itself establish a confidentiality agreement.
